Original Post Civil War .32 Caliber Rimfire “Smoker No. 2” Vest Pocket Classic Old West Gambler Pistol 1870’s Certified In  Working good condition classic vest-boot pistol . There is  no  numbers so it is impossible to accurately date this one but it was made in the 1870’s. It is a standard  version with  wood grips.   This gun’s spring is very tight and  does work and does cock and fire.  Many of the early vest pocket revolvers break and do not function, this one however works very well. It does have some storage wear  The gun is a  .32 caliber 5 shot revolver. A choice functioning display pistol. A favorite of both gamblers and  soldiers during the post Civil War period . Many  soldiers carried private purchase “back up” weapons as illustrated in the photo above. This gun is 100% guaranteed to be authentic, and unaltered. A fantastic  functioning display piece. Complete museum documentation (COA) provided. This is a pre-1898 antique gun so no federal registration is required. Although this is a  working gun we do not recommend firing antique guns.
