A Group Of Gettysburg Relics From The Spangler Farm 11th Corps Hospital With Old Tag. A group of authentic Civil War relics consisting of A U.S. belt plate (buckle) a bullet, the face of a New York button, and the back of a button. The group was recovered at the George Spangler Farm where the 11th Corps hospital was. This is the hospital where General Armistead Died just after Pickett’s Charge a very historic location. This location was recently obtianed by The Gettysburg Foundation and is off limits to relic hunting meaning no more relics will come from this historic location. This is from one of the old time diggers and his original typed tag circa 1960’s comes with the group. Also shown is his log book with these items listed.
