Original small silver AH (Adolf Hitler) monogram coffee spoon. This spoon has all the correct hallmarks. This knife was taken by Sgt. Stanwood Griffith who fought with the 79th fighter group AAF. Grifith was among the  men who traveled to Hitler’s home the Berghof in 1945. Griffith was able to bring back many items from the tunnel under the Berghof including several pieces of AH monogram silverware and other service set silver. We included  the photos listed  in Dr. Mark Griffith’s book. This spoon was obtained by Dr. Mark Griffith directly from Sgt. Griffith and was part of his collection too. Dr. Griffith is the son of Sgt. Stanford Griffith!
