Original WWII German RLB EM/NCO’S BELT BUCKLE. (Koppelschloß) Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. First pattern, (Circa 1933-May 1937),silver washed, die stamped, alloy construction, RLB EM/NCO’s box belt buckle features a pebbled outer field with a central, embossed, 1927 pattern, political style national eagle, with out-stretched, slightly downward angled wings, clutching a canted, swastika on a domed, pebbled, background field which is encompassed by an embossed, circular, laurel leaf wreath. The reverse of the buckle is a mirror image of the obverse, excluding the pebbled outer field. The reverse of the buckle has the buckle catch, prong bar and prongs all intact.
