Very Rare Early 1920’s Style NSDAP (Nazi) Party Flag Brought Back By A U.S. Veteran Certified. Very early style with “square” swastika Nazi Party flag dating to the 1920’s and the earlier stages of the party. Eventually  the swastika was tilted into what is the more commonly seen version. We listed some very early photos for reference. By the mid-late 1920’s this early style was not used except for in the Deuchland Earache standard and the Fuhrer standard. A standard early Cloth type flag. Utilized by pretty much by all the organization of the Third Reich in one form or another. The swastika, (a Sanskrit word meaning “well being”), is an ancient symbol that was utilized in numerous diverse cultures and signified both the cycle of life and the sun. The swastika was also a Nordic rune and the pagan Germanic symbol for Thor, God of Adventurers.  In very good  condition double sided about 21″/26″ standard cotton bunting style material with separate cloth sewn white disk and sewn multi piece black swastika. Some mild staining but very good for a flag this old. This flag is about 90-95 years old! We placed a helmet on the flag for size reference.  A fantastic piece of pre WWII Nazi  history.  A very collectible early flag with lots of history captured by an U.S.  Veteran and brought home as a war trophy.  100% Guaranteed to be authentic Brought home by a solider as a trophy of war. A very desirable and displayable size  in excellent condition. Complete museum documentation (COA) Provided. Certified by The Gettysburg Museum of History.
