Items ship within 3- 5 days unless otherwise noted.

We DO NOT Ship Internationally.

We DO NOT Ship to Other Addresses.  Billing & Shipping MUST be the Same.

How To Return An Item

All relics sold by the Gettysburg Museum of History are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We take great care in packing our orders to ensure they are not damaged in shipping, however, if damage occurs please contact us and we can replace the riker box if necessary.
Items purchased from our gift shop must be in its original condition and packaging to be returned, unless the item is damaged. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Please ensure that your item is packed properly to prevent further damage

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include packaged items from our gift shop.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


If your clothing item is in new and unworn condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size.

We will not pay return postage.
