These were sent to high raking officer’s and dignitaries’ funerals by The SS and NAZI Party. They were attached to large wreaths at funerals (see pictures) and are  rare. Made of red silk rayon with a separate  sewn swastika and high quality Black (SS)   fringe at the bottom.
