    Address Book In Jack Ruby's Pocket When He Shot Lee Harvey Oswald 11/24/63 JFK Assassination. One of the most important historical treasures we have ever offered. This is the actual address book/note book that was in Jack Ruby's pocket when he shot Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas Texas on November 24, 1963. This black book has several pages of names numbers and associates of Ruby (we pictured a few). Some are business people some are strippers from his night club some are unknown associates. The book has a sticker on the front that is an exhibit sticker from the Warren Commission and his trial. We also included related documents acquired from the National Archives that are FBI reports listing this book as being "on Ruby's person" when arrested proving this book was in his pocket when he shot Oswald. Also included is the original notarized letter signed by Jack Ruby's brother Earl Ruby listing the book and 2 other items at the time the book was acquired by Robert L. White from Ruby. Also included is a photo of Robert L. White with Earl Ruby at the time of the sale in Ruby's office the book is seen on the desk. Jack Ruby's brother Earl partition the court to return his brothers personal artifacts. The Warren Commission made this possible. This solid 18 carat gold "Democrat" donkey brooch pin with precious stones was given to JFK by his brother-in-law "Rat Pack" member Peter Lawford. It was purchased by Lawford in 1963 in Beverly Hills and was intended to be a gift for Jackie Kennedy. It was put in the Oval Office Resolute Desk by JFK.     SOLD President John F. Kennedy's Working White House Phone. A black rotary metal dial standard phone with center dial White House marking. This type of phone was installed in the White House during the last part of Eisenhower's administration and was replaced in late 1963. The phone is well used but in good condition. It was converted to be compatible with a modern phone jack so this is an artifact you can actually use if you choose to. We tested it and it does have a dial tone. It was apparently important to Kennedy not only for his cover shot but the article about religion in the 1960 campaign (Kennedy's Catholicism was a major issue in 1960) .
