Culp’s HIll Battle of Gettysburg 1863. This wood is from Culp’s Hill on the Gettysburg Battlefield. Culp’s Hill was one of the most important parts of the Union Defense at Gettysburg. It was the right flank of the Union line and was heavily contested by almost constant Confederate attack. Heavy entrenchments saved the day for the Union. The trees bared the scars of battle as depicted in this period photo. The bullet in this display is also from Culp’s Hill. The bullet was obtained pre-National Park and both are 100% authentic and legal to own. This display comes matted and framed in a Riker display. Art and mat color may vary. Very limited supply. 100% guaranteed to be authentic and legal to own. Certified by the Gettysburg Museum of History with documentation (COA) provided. A fantastic set for the Civil War enthusiast and a great gift idea. A nice size 8″/12″ is the overall size of the glass case.
