Authentic 1930's-1940’s German Third Reich Nazi Party Glass Christmas Ornament. During Nazi Party rule in Germany there was an attempt to take religion out of Christmas. Jesus Christ and his Jewish ancestry did not fit into their narrative of the “master race”. As a result the Nazi's tried to re-invent the traditional holiday into a Nazi holiday. These very rare Christmas tree ornaments were produced in the 1930's-40's to decorate Christmas tress. They are made of blown glass much like other ornaments. They are very fragile and very few survived, most were discarded after WWII. A rare opportunity to obtain one of the few remaining examples. About 3.5″ in diameter 100% guaranteed to be authentic. Gettysburg Museum certified, museum COA provided.
