OUTSTANDING Original WWII Japanese “TYPE 90” COMBAT HELMET SHELL Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran. The standard WWII Japanese infantry combat helmet. The shell, constructed from chrome polybend steel retains some paint. The original IJA metal star affixed to the front (someone painted it red) Most likely done by the Veteran.  The three-pad pigskin liner and band is now gone. The helmet no longer has the original cloth chinstrap but does have all rivets and rings. Decent field worn example. Large size. SHELL ONLY! 100% Guaranteed to be authentic and is certified by The Gettysburg Museum Of History and comes with our Museum COA (certificate of authenticity). A rare piece of WWII history. DO NOT MISS THIS! A Very nice RELIC from WWII.
