Excellent Fully Functioning Civil War Period ANTIQUE Model 1858 Lefaucheux Pin Fire 6 Shot Revolver Certified. about .26 Caliber steel frame Antique Pistol Certified.  In Working condition Civil War period. There is no numbers so it is impossible to accurately date this one. It is a fancy deluxe version with engraving and gutta-percha grips and engraved steel frame. This gun’s spring is tight, and it does work and does fire and cock. Excellent strong spring! the grips are slightly worn but nice. Many European weapons were exported to the US for sale before and during the Civil War. A classic Civil War period pistol and A choice functioning display gun.  A favorite of both Confederate and Union soldiers during the Civil War. Many Civil War soldiers carried private purchase “back up” weapons as illustrated in the photos. This gun is 100% guaranteed to be authentic, and unaltered. A fantastic functioning display piece.
