The 11TH summer Olympic games were held in Berlin in 1936 and resulted in many official, semi-official and unofficial badges and awards. A 30mm x 33mm metal badge with a white enamel and gilt finish. It takes the form of the Brandenburg gates above the five interlocking Olympic circles, with “1936” to the top of the gates and “XI. Olympiade Berlin” to its base. A horizontal pin-back (a bit bent) device is to its reverse. Maker marked and “Ges.
