    Original WWII German S.A./S.S. Sports Badge Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. Die struck, magnetic sheet metal, badge with a bronze wash. The badge is in the form of a circular oak-leaf wreath encompassing an upward pointing Roman broad sword which is superimposed on a central, canted swastika. Detailing includes veins to the oak-leaves, horizontal ribbing to the sword grip and cut-outs to the interior of the circular wreath and swastika arms. Reverse is a mirror image of obverse. Raised soldered catch, semi-rounded vertical pin and soldered catch all intact to reverse. Reverse is well marked with embossed, third pattern inscription, (circa 1939-44), "Eigentum der Obersten S.A. Führung", (Property of the SA Supreme Command). Reverse also has embossed manufacturers name and location. Awarded by the SA but were also worn by the SS (see photos). Typical light age toning plus wear during use.     Original WWII German Driver's Proficiency Badge In Bronze Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified.  Adolf Hitler introduced a series of three Motor Vehicle Driver’s Proficiency Badges in the grades of bronze, silver and gold with qualifications for bestowal of the badges being retroactive to December 1ST 1940. Stamped magnetic alloy award with a bronze wash. Badge is in the form of an embossed, circular laurel leaf wreath encompassing an embossed steering wheel on a pebble background field. Complete with prongs.     Large Original Adolf Hitler's Silver Serving Tray Taken By A U.S. Veteran. A very large heavy silver beer tray from Adolf Hitler's service set. It has the correct  Adolf Hitler personal eagle and A.H. monogram.  The tray is in good used condition some scratches and smudges.     Original German NSDAP (Nazi) Party Enamel RZM Marked Membership Badge Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. The NSDAP, Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, (National Socialist German Worker’s Party), was originally founded in Munich as the DAP, Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, (German Worker’s Party), on January 5TH 1919. When Adolf Hitler joined the DAP in the autumn of 1919 he was to reform what was basically a debating society into an active political party. Appointed as the first chairman of the party on July 29TH 1921 Hitler was to restructure it along para-military lines in a hierarchy of four levels of government. Of Note: In late 1934 items manufactured for the NSKK, including membership pins, came under the quality control of the RZM, Reichzeugmeisterei, (National Equipment Quartermaster) and as a result were marked with the RZM logo when appropriate. Standard issue membership badge awarded to all personnel on acceptance as an official party member. 18mm diameter, die struck alloy badge NSDAP membership badge with multi-colored enamel work. Badge features a translucent red, circular outer border with embossed silvered script, "National-Sozialistiche-D.A.P.", encompassing a white enamel field with canted black enamel swastika.     SOLD Original WWII German Deutsches Reichsbahn" (German National-railway) Sleeve Eagle. When the Nazi Party gained power in January of 1933, the German railway system was maintained and administered by two civilian organizations, the DR, "Deutsches Reichsbahn" (German National-railway), and the DR-G, "Deutsches Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft" (German National-railway - Corporation), which were each overseen by the national government. A machine woven, right facing eagle with outstretched wings and a wreathed, mobile swastika in its talons, positioned above the arching script, "RBD Kassel." All of the threads are bright golden-yellow, against a half-moon shaped, woven black base. A very large cotton linen table cloth with Nazi Swastika and and "Barchtessgaden Hof" embroidered into the design of the cloth. A fine linen for formal dining. We placed a helmet on the cloth for size reference. The Berchtesgaden Hof was were many Nazi officials stayed when visiting Hitler at the Berghof. The Berchtesgaden Hof served as the Regimental Headquarters of the 506 Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne during the occupation of Berchtesgaden. This was illustrated in the series "Band Of Brothers" when Capt. Winters and Lt. Welsh looted a silver service set from there. This Nazi marked table cloth was taken by a 506 veteran during this time. Ex.     Adolf Hitler/Eva Braun’s Personal Table Cloth/Table Runner Recovered From The Berghof By A U.S. Veteran Certified

    Adolf Hitler/Eva Braun's Personal  Cloth Table Cloth/Table Runner Recovered From The Berghof By A U.S. Veteran. A heavy cotton  cloth table topper  in excellent condition with plain pattern found at the Berghof (his home).  In Excellent condition (see photos) medium  size about 15"/25"   This cloth is has a block pattern on the edge (see photos). Photographic evidence rerecorded in the photos inside the Berghof taken by Eva Braun shows table cloths on almost all the furniture in the personal rooms. Recovered from the Berghof tunnels by one of the very first U.S. solider’s to enter. Sgt. Russell Dysert fought with the 441st Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion attached to the 3rd Infantry Division. He and a small party of Officer’s and men entered Hitler’s Bergof complex first and he was able to secure some very choice Hitler Souvenirs including a Hitler pistol and his silver from the service sets. Many items were found in the air-raid tunnels underneath the Berghof. There were air-raids just before the Allies arrived and some of Hitler’s valuables were moved to the tunnels underneath for safe keeping. Sgt. Dysert drove a mail truck and jeep and started to loot, being the mail clerk he shipped several boxes of items home. He used napkins, tablecloths, and in this case Hitler- Braun’s table cloth to wrap silver in to mail home. This table cloth was obtained by Dr. Mark Griffith directly from Sgt. Dysert and was part of his collection too.     Sold Original WWII Era German Platterhof Hotel Silver Serving Dish Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. The Platterhof Hotel was built by the Nazi Party to house visitors waiting to see Hitler. The hotel was located a short distance from Hitler's mountain residence, the Berghof. The Platterhof Hotel was used by the US Army until about 2005, when it was torn down after being returned to the control of the Bavarian government. As was the case with many of the properties in Hitler's Obersaltzberg, the Platterhof was relentlessly looted by American soldiers in May of '45. The Platterhof logo was used on all silver and glassware used at the hotel.  At the base of the server dish  there are some markings, on one side being the producer name “Gebr Hepe” and then  the code “90”. This code normally indicates that the pieces of silver plate amounting to 10%. On the center of the server is the beautiful symbol of the Platterhof. It consists of an oval design which contains a pheasant figure of a woman standing in front of two mountains.     SOLD Thanks From Adolf Hitler Original Badge Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. The WHW, "Winterhilfswerk" (Winter-help-work), was an annual charitable donation event held by the "NS-Volkswohlfahrt" (National Socialist - People’s-welfare) in which personnel from all of the NSDAP organizations would solicit donations from the public, and reward contributors with a wide variety of lapel badges or propaganda booklets. A 35mm diameter badge which features, to its obverse, the right-facing profiled head of Adolf Hitler surrounded by "Hitler’s Dank" (Hitler’s Thanks) and "Gau Westfalen-Nord". Also mark "Winter Hilf 1933,1934". To the reverse is a vertical pin-back device, to one side of which is embossed "Paulmann & Crone Lüdenscheid," with "Ges.     Herman Goering’s Personal Blue Max Monogram Silver Tea Spoon Taken By A U.S. Soldier From His Train Car. Adolf Hitler’s Number 2 man Herman Goering  Personal “Blue Max” or Pour le Mérite seal Silver fork Taken By A U.S. Soldier WWII. A standard 6" tea spoon with fancy engraved Maltese blue max cross. This spoon has all the correct hallmarks. Goering was the number 2 person in the Third Reich and was know for fancy extravagant wealth. He was also a holder of "The Blue Max" medal and was in charge of their association. The cloth napkin features Von Ribbentrop's personal crest with a Nazi eagle over the globe of the earth. He would also wear this crest on the lower sleeve of his uniforms in later years (see photos). von Ribbentrop was ambassador to England before the war then rose to the top of the Nazi hierarchy.     SOLD Adolf Hitler/Eva Braun's Personal  Cloth Doily Recovered From The Berghof By A U.S. Veteran. A lace cloth large doily or table topper  in excellent condition with lace pattern found at the Berghof (his home).  Slight loss at a small point (see photos) Recovered from the Berghof tunnels by one of the very first U.S. solider’s to enter. Sgt. Russell Dysert fought with the 441st Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion attached to the 3rd Infantry Division. He and a small party of Officer’s and men entered Hitler’s Bergof complex first and he was able to secure some very choice Hitler Souvenirs including a Hitler pistol and his silver from the service sets. Many items were found in the air-raid tunnels underneath the Berghof. There were air-raids just before the Allies arrived and some of Hitler’s valuables were moved to the tunnels underneath for safe keeping. Sgt. Dysert drove a mail truck and jeep and started to loot, being the mail clerk he shipped several boxes of items home. He used napkins, tablecloths, and in this case Hitler- Braun’s doily to wrap silver in to mail home. This lace doily was obtained by Dr. Mark Griffith directly from Sgt. Dysert and was part of his collection too. This fork was taken by a U.S. Soldier during WWII as “Loot” or “Trophy of War”. This Goering silver pattern was found in his personal train at Berchtesgaden, Germany  in May of 1945. It was from the Dr. Mark Griffith collection who wrote several books of WWII and interviewed hundreds of Veterans.     Original WWII German Cavalry NCO Shoulder Boards (Set) Army (Heer). Golden yellow wool piping cloth construction, slip on shoulder straps with a single, stamped alloy, rank pip to each and mid/dark green wool waffenfarbe piping. The shoulder straps have diamond patterned NCO’s tress to all the outside edges.  This set is not matching but came together so it is assumed they were worn together.
