Excellent Functioning Antique 1870-80 Spanish Colt Single Action Revolver With Bone/Horn Grips Certified. Year of Manufacture: 1870-80sCaliber: .38cal Antique, Ammunition Type: Centerfire Black Powder Cartridge Barrel Length: 3.75  inches Overall Length: 9.25 inches Action: Single Action Feed System: 6 Shot Revolver Bone grips / 99 stamped on gun parts (all matching) Appears to be in working condition / Some writing hardly legible, but apparent (on top) of barrel / Cylinder rotates with hammer pull / Lock-up and timing are nice and tight. This is a so called Spanish (Mexican) made Colt Single Action. Perfect old west/Indian Wars display gun.  A choice functioning display gun.  A favorite of both soldiers and cowboys and outlaws just after  the Civil War.  This gun is 100% guaranteed to be authentic, and unaltered. A fantastic functioning display piece. Complete museum documentation (COA) provided. This is a pre-1898 antique gun so no federal registration is required.
