This is an older recovered breast plate. A very historic recovery location and a very nice looking plate.   Recovered at the  The Fort Davis area in Petersburg, Recovered Pre-National Park and is 100% Legal and 100% authentic. both of the  hooks are broken but it looks great, in excellent relic condition.
