In Working   condition Civil War period model   pistol . There is no numbers so it is impossible to accurately date this one. It is a standard  version with  wood grips and steel frame. This gun’s spring is tight and it does work and does fire and cock.  Excellent strong spring! the grips are slightly worn but nice. The gun is about .32 caliber.  Many European weapons were exported to the US for sale before and during the Civil War. A classic Civil War period pistol and A choice functioning display gun.  A favorite of both Confederate and Union soldiers during the Civil War.
