Original Nice Civil War Excavated Relic U.S. box plate recovered at Appomattox (Jetersville Virginia)  , and it is an older recovered plate. A very historic recovery location.   Recovered near Appomattox, Virginia Jetersville .  what was then off National Park property and is 100% Legal and 100% authentic. One of the two hooks are broken, and it looks good, in very relic condition nice light brown  patina. An early pick-up breast plates from an old collection.  Documented plates are very difficult to find and only come from old collections.
