Original WWII Era German Nazi Party Vehicle Identification Flag Certified. A standard style large Cloth flag. Utilized by pretty much by all the organization of the Third Reich in one form or another. The swastika, (a Sanskrit word meaning “well-being”), is an ancient symbol that was utilized in numerous diverse cultures and signified both the cycle of life and the sun. The swastika was also a Nordic rune and the pagan Germanic symbol for Thor, God of Adventurers. In used condition single sided  26″/39! standard cotton bunting style material with separate sewn white disk and screened swastika. We placed a helmet on the flag for size reference.    A fantastic piece of WWII history. Has the 4 original metal gromets for attaching to a tank or vehicle  In  used condition with some slight oil stains on the very edge most likely from a tank!  Also a VERY RARE maker stamp (see photos)  This flag is A good quality version and one of the better sizes for the most discriminating and cultivated collector.  A very collectible flag with lots of history.  Nice period used flag captured by a U.S. Veteran and brought home as a war trophy.
