OUTSTANDING Original WWII Japanese “TYPE 90” COMBAT HELMET  Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran. The standard WWII Japanese infantry combat helmet. The shell, constructed from chrome polybend steel retains some paint. The original IJA metal star affixed to the front.  The three-pad pigskin liner and band is now partly gone. The helmet no longer has all of the original cloth chinstrap (partly there see photos)  but does have all rivets and rings. Decent field worn example. Large size.  100% Guaranteed to be authentic and is certified by The Gettysburg Museum Of History and comes with our Museum COA (certificate of authenticity). A rare piece of WWII history.
