RARE MAKER MARKED “U-Boat” Style Original WWII Era German Nazi Party Flag Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History

Original WWII Era German  Nazi Party Flag Certified. A standard style   large Cloth  banner  type flag. Utilized by pretty much by all the organization of the Third Reich in one form or another. The swastika, (a Sanskrit word meaning “well being”), is an ancient symbol that was utilized in numerous diverse cultures and signified both the cycle of life and the sun. The swastika was also a Nordic rune and the pagan Germanic symbol for Thor, God of Adventurers.   In good condition DOUBLE  sided  (mirror image on back side) has the size stamp of 50/85 (centimetres) witch is   20″/34″! standard wool bunting style material with  screened white disk and swastika. We placed a helmet on the flag for size reference.   A fantastic piece of WWII history . Has the original  rope loops for attaching to a pole. Has a VERY RARE OCCUPIED HOLLAND MAKER STAMP and HEAVY DUTY REINFORCED SEWN EDGES (See Photos)  These were for boats and some call these flags “U-BOAT” FLAGS!!! Very Rare And Desirable Style! In good but used condition with  minor storage wear no fading a few spots and pin holes  (see photos)  good condition, great but used!   This flag is A good quality version and one of the better sizes for the most   discriminating and cultivated collector.
