The lightly age-darkened, contoured wraparound wooden grips are fixed with two rivets. The blued, hooked contoured metal crossguard has a circular muzzle guide. The 40cm fullered bright blade.. The first pattern sheet metal scabbard, with a ball tip and with a rounded strap band SCABBARD WAS STRUCK BY A PIECE OF SHRAPNEL! ,. Has a few small nicks in the clueing (see photos).
