Original WWII Era German Nazi Party Flag Certified.  A standard style large Cloth banner type flag. Utilized by pretty much by all the organization of the Third Reich in one form or another. The swastika, (a Sanskrit word meaning “well-being”), is an ancient symbol that was utilized in numerous diverse cultures and signified both the cycle of life and the sun. The swastika was also a Nordic rune and the pagan Germanic symbol for Thor, God of Adventurers.   In good condition double sided 30″/46″! standard cotton bunting style material with separate sewn white disk and a screened swastika. We placed a helmet on the flag for size reference.   A fantastic piece of WWII history.  Has the original ROPE loops for attaching to a pole. In good condition with very minor storage wear, no fading (see photos). Has two cloth loops.  Some wrinkling good Condition (SEE PHOTOS) for condition. It has a spot on one side only where there is white paint over what we think was a U.S. Veterans name that was covered when his family sold it the other side in near mint.   This flag is a good quality version and one of the better sizes for the most discriminating and cultivated collector. Even with the minor condition issues it is overall a very collectible flag with lots of history.  Nice period used flag captured by a U.S. Veteran and brought home as a war trophy.
