Original GERMAN NSKOV WAR VICTIMS 1936 COMMEMORATIVE BADGE Certified. The NSKOV, “National Sozialistische Kriegsopferversorung” (National Socialist War-disabled-support [Organization]), was formed in 1930 and institutionalized in 1933, as an associated society assisting NSDAP party members who had become disabled as a result of war injuries. silverish-grey-toned day-badge  The shield-shaped badge has a functional pin-/catch set-up and shows some minimal age The piece shows the typical N.S.K.V.-logo, steelhelmet, building and text that reads: ‘Frontkämpfer- u. Kriegsopfer Ehrentag – Trier – 1936’.
