Most Japanese troops during the second world war carried a personal flag or comfort bag They had practical as well as patriotic uses, such as marking positions to keep them safe from friendly aircraft while advancing. A white silk pouch with printed information to one side. The pouch measures approximately 24cm x 34cm.  These bags were usually sent from home with personal items like razors of toiletries or other “comforts” from home.  100% Guaranteed to be authentic and is certified by The Gettysburg Museum Of History and comes with our Museum COA (certificate of authenticity).
