Outstanding VERY HISTORIC Heinrich Himmler Hand Signed Autograph On Typed Letter Certified.  Heinrich Himmler Autograph SS Letter Certified. (1900 – 1945) Hitler’s Chief of the SS and Gestapo placed in charge of security and responsible for the construction and operation of extermination camps. When reviewing the recent strength reports, I felt compelled to once again address the question of candidates in personal letters to the Oberabschnittsführer. 2.) Once the number of candidates in the SS Reserve has been balanced, it must be made impossible for all future times that the Reserve ever again receives even a single candidate. 3.) I now consider the time has come to lower, by immediate order, the age of the Reserve to 30 years. I would first lower it to 28 next year, and later to 26. In the same order, which I am drafting, I ask you to specify that the service in the Reserve should occur twice a week, and ideally not fall on both Saturday and Sunday. At most once a month may Sunday duty be scheduled (this Sunday duty may be: training, assembly, hall security, roll call, inspection or similar). This Sunday duty may only be exceeded in the most extreme cases. When issuing this order, it must be emphasized that this measure is intended to ensure that married SS members of this age group are kept free on Saturdays and Sundays for the care of family life. ⸻ The Reichsführer-SS Signed: H. The stamp in this close-up image reads: “SÉCURITÉ MILITAIRE MISSION DE LIAISON U.S.A.” This is French for: “MILITARY SECURITY LIAISON MISSION U.S.A.” ⸻ Interpretation: This stamp was likely applied after the war, probably during the Allied occupation of Germany, or during the document handling by military intelligence or de-Nazification processes. The presence of this stamp suggests that the document was at some point examined, cataloged, or archived by a French military liaison unit, possibly in cooperation with American forces. This supports the idea that the document is an original or contemporary SS communication that later came into Allied or military intelligence possession for investigation, evidence, or archival purposes.
