Original WWII German Waffen SS Fez Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified

    $295.00
Original WWII German Waffen SS Fez Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. In early 1941 under heavy pressure by the Germans, Yugoslavia joined the axis powers. Many Yugoslavian Serbian military personnel however disagreed with this arrangement and launched an unsuccessful overthrow which was crushed by the Germans, and resulted in the formation of the Independent State of Croatia, including the province of Bosnia-Herzegovina. As the tides of war changed for Germany it was decided to recruit a division of Bosnian Muslims in February 1943, which eventually evolved into the 13.Waffen-Gebirgs-Division der SS "Handschar" (kroat. Nr.1), and was primarily manned from Muslims from the Bosnia-Herzegovina region of Croatia, with a cadre of German personnel from the 7. SS-Freiwillingen-Gebirgs-Division "Prinz Eugen". The fez, a traditional piece of Muslim headgear, dating back to Bosnian regiments in the Hapsburg Empire, was authorized for wear by Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler for all ethnic divisional personnel. Nice quality, formed, maroon, rabbit fur felt, construction dress uniform fez. The fez features a two piece tassel to the top center of the crown. The tassel has a short piece of maroon felt inserted and stitched into the center of the crown with the correct, black, multi-strand, silk type material tassel sewn to the top. The front center of the fez features the outline of where the  insignia were machine stitched to the cap. Unfortunately the SS Eagle and Skull were removed at some point. The unlined interior has a leather sweatband machine stitched to the bottom edge. If you add a skull and eagle you would have an amazing Fez. Priced accordingly. Gettysburg Museum Certified (COA) provided. Rare 100% Guaranteed to be authentic pre-1945 Brought home by a U.S .Veteran as a trophy of war.  Sold for historic purposes only. Original WWII German "Arbeitsbuch" Employment Book 1930's Version Certified. One of the NSDAP’s (Nazi Party's)  most ambitious, and successful, projects was the elimination of the overwhelming unemployment suffered in Germany following WWI. To achieve this goal a national labor registration law was enacted on February 26th, 1935, and the "Arbeitsbuch" was instituted, as a record of an individual’s employment history. The Arbeitsbuch underwent three minor modifications during the Third Reich, with the first pattern book issued in 1935, a second pattern in 1939 and a third pattern in 1942. Nice complete example. Various hand written entries. Every employee had one but few were saved after the De-Nazifiacation of Germany after the war. These are excellent for teachers and researchers. We have several and will pick the best one from a major collection of these we just obtained from our picker in Germany.  Priced very reasonable, these will not last long. During de-Nazification much of this type of material like so many WWII documents was destroyed.  in good condition. Complete museum documentation (COA) Provided. Certified by The Gettysburg Museum of History. German woke motivation posters are not included and only shown in context to this offering. The Gettysburg Museum of History does not support or condone Adolf Hitler or the Nazi Party and is only offering this as a historic relic. • Original Mega Rare WWII Era German Early Black Allgemeine SS Leader’s Uniform For An OBERSTURMFUHRER (Officer) Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History

ON HOLD Original Mega Rare WWII Era German Early Black Allgemeine SS Leader's Uniform For A OBERSTURMFUHRER (Officer) Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. An early black SS leader's uniform for a OBERSTURMFUHRER assigned to the SS Gerichtsdienst (SS Legal/Court Service).  This was the SS Legal branch which developed the laws and legal codes (Including "Nuremberg" race laws) for the SS, Police, Secret Police, and other organizations under the auspices of the SS.  The uniform is made of an early quality black wool trikot in standard SS rock form.  4 button front, 2 pleated patch pockets, 2 slash side pockets, and includes a rare lapel buttonhole, a feature seen in early period photographs of Himmler and other SS leaders.  The rank is Obersturmfuher with unmarked unit tab and sleeve-band.  It has several loops on the tunic for awards and medals. This is a very high quality piece with black silk lining, off white silk sleeve lining, and an internal slit for wearing of an SS  dagger or Degen.  The buttonhole NSDAP (Nazi Party) membership badge was present in the lapel buttonhole when we obtained the uniform and we have left it there.  The tunic was worn quite a bit, judging from the wear to the front edge where the cross strap would rub against it, pocket flap edges, and so on, so this wasn't sitting in the closet during the Third Reich period. There is a small repaired tear in the  right sleeve that you can see in the photos, which looks like it was period mended. Very RARE tunic from a very small department of the SS!  100% Guaranteed to be authentic, A very collectible, investment quality,  authentic SS uniform that is among the most desirable and rare of all Third Reich Relics.  Complete museum documentation (COA) Provided. Certified by The Gettysburg Museum of History.  An important piece of WWII/Third Reich history. • Original WWII German “Arbeitsbuch” Employment Book 1940’s Version Certified

SOLD Original WWII German "Arbeitsbuch" Employment Book 1940's Version Certified.
