Original WWII German Grain Sack With LARGE Wehrmacht Eagle Certified By The Gettysburg Museum Of History. A large heavy canvas cloth sack measuring 17″/38″ with screened large Wehrmacht Eagle. The reverse has the date “1943” and “H. Vpfl.” We placed a helmet on the sack for size comparison. Where ever the Germany Army went it’s supply was partly horse driven so feeding the horses was paramount to supply. A scarce relic from WWII. Nice untouched example. Some soiling.
