Original Confederate South Carolina medium Size Button Recovered At Spotsylvania Certified. A very nice earlier dug relic from the Fredericksburg battlefield found on what was then private property. It is very solid and has a nice backmark.  The shank is intact. This button is a medium size bigger than cuff/kepi size but smaller than a coat size. Some gold gilt still present. It looks great! An excellent Confederate State Button. An amazing condition button for A dug example.
