Original WWII German ARMY (HEER) M35 SINGLE EX DOUBLE HELMET. (Stahlhelm M35) Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. The stamped, sheet steel construction helmet retains a good portion of its rough texture camo paint and some of the original EARLY APPLE GREEN paint showing through. This helmet started a DOUBLE DECAL HELMET but the shields was painted over (see photo).  All three liner retaining rivets and both inserted ventilation bushings are all intact.   The interior of the helmet has a dark M31 leather liner with some of the eight of its fingers mostly intact. The interior reverse neck guard apron is a soldier’s initials , and the interior left side apron is stamped with the manufacturers code NS64  which is Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke, AG. Schwerte  size 64.  Shows the expected age, wear and use.  In good but used condition. Gettysburg Museum Certified (COA) provided. 100% Guaranteed to be authentic brought home by a U.S. Veteran.
