OUTSTANDING Original German Third Reich PHOTO BOOK “Die Neue Reichskanzlei” (“The New Reichs Chancellery”) Certified. Rare book: “Die Neue Reichskanzlei” (“The New Reichs Chancellery”), by various contributors with a foreword by the building’s architect, Albert Speer, (Munich: Zentralverlag der NSDAP), These were given to V.I.P.’s that visited the Reichs Chancellery  112pp. 12 x 15 in., heavily illustrated with black and white and color photos, most full-page, depicting multiple interior and exterior views, details of furniture, wall fixtures and decorations, mosaics, sculptures, eagles, landscaping, etc., with a fold-out blueprint of the structure in the rear of the volume. In cream colored boards with gilt title, corners and spine ends worn and bumped a bit. A few short years later, Speer’s work would lie a shattered ruin. One of the rarer Third Reich books. This is a remarkable, rare Third Reich photo document, the majority of the photos taken by Heinrich Hoffmann, Hitler’s personal photographer. This 82 year old example is complete and in used condition. , fantastic photo content.
