Original WWII German ARMY (HEER) M35 SINGLE DECAL HELMET. (Stahlhelm M35)  Certified. The stamped, sheet steel construction helmet retains a good portion of its original EARLY APPLE GREEN paint inside showing some wear and field usage. The outside painted white snow camouflage around the existing decals!  This helmet is a DOUBLE DECAL HELMET The Eagle decal is  Some toning in the decals (see photo).  All three liner retaining rivets and both inserted ventilation bushings are all intact.   The interior of the helmet has a tan, M31 leather liner with all eight of its fingers intact. The interior reverse neck guard apron is lot number stamped, and the interior left side apron is stamped with the manufacturers code “ET64”  Chinstrap is all original. This inside aluminum band is early and intact.  It is still very solid.  Shows the expected  age, wear and use. THIS WAS AN EARLY BATTLFIELD PICKUP IN RUSSIA!
