As with most nations, the German national postal service was a uniformed organization. WWII decorative German Reichspost printed telegram, decorated on the cover with sailing ships and Nazi flags. These were available for purchase to send congratulatory wishes for birthdays, weddings, engagements, Christmas, and New Years, dated Cologne, 3.7.1936, approx. 8.5 x 11.5 inches.
