Original WWII German ARMY (HEER) M40 SINGLE DECAL HELMET. (Stahlhelm M40) Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran Certified. The stamped, sheet steel construction helmet retains a good portion of its camo paint showing some wear and field usage. The interior reverse neck guard apron has a painted trophy inscription from a General and reference to the “Congenital Hotel” , and the interior left side apron is stamped where the manufacturers code and size is stamped EF 62.  Shows the expected age, wear and use.  In good but used condition.
