Original WWII Battle Damaged German ARMY (HEER) M35  DOUBLE DECAL  RELIC HELMET. (Stahlhelm M35)  Recovered On The Eastern Front Certified. The stamped, sheet steel construction helmet retains a  portion of its original paint showing some  wear and field usage and pitting. Eagle decal is about 85% complete the tri-shield decal is about 90%. . the  three liner retaining rivets are intact  and both inserted ventilation bushings are intact. The liner is in good condtion for a relic (still soft and pliable)  Some  pitting and battle damge damage . Has a direct hit battle-damaged shrapnel hole. The liner is intact. The interior reverse neck guard apron is lot number is no longer readable.  and the interior left side apron is stamped where the manufacturers code and size is stamped is not readable I would estimate the  size as 66.   Shows the expected age, wear and use.  In relic condition .
