Original WWII German Luftwaffe (Airforce) M35 DOUBLE DECAL HELMET. (Stahlhelm M35) Brought Home By A U.S. Veteran, Certified. Helmet retains a good portion of its original smooth, Luftwaffe blue/grey paint. EARLY FIRST pattern Luftwaffe eagle decal is retained about 95%. National tri-color shield about 80%. All three liner retaining rivets and both ventilation bushings are all intact. The helmet still has it’s original dome stamp visible! M31 tan leather liner is fully intact with all fingers and original tie string.  The interior, left side, apron has the stamped manufacturer’s code and the size, “ET 64” indicating manufacture by manufacture by Eisen-und Hüttenwerke, AG Thale/Harz size 64.  and the lot number 3287. Has the soldier’s rank and name  painted in orange paint on the neck apron “UFFZ” (Unterfeldwebel) abbreviation which is Sergeant and the name “KEPERT” Has it’s original 1937 dated leather straps! also has an old collection tag inside (see photos)  OUTSTANING  worn and used example.
