GERMAN REICHSBAHN (RAILWAY) PRESENTATION PLAQUE Awarded to Davis Hartner  in 1939 by the German Reichsbahn for 40 years of service. The plaque displays the national eagle flanked by diesel and electric trains of the day over a centralized Steam Locomotive.
