Early Desk Eagle  Excellent condition, all original with out the base and some  of the original silver wash. The total height is about 5.5  inches tall.  Very fine condition.  desk eagles were often given as prizes for competitions held at the rallies, and also as presentations to members of the political elite. An early version made of silver-plated non-ferrous metal, the silver plating is slightly tarnished. The eagle is the very early party version with pointed wings and the typical design. Standing on its original fine black marble. The base is perfectly preserved, without any cracks or splits. Secured with two screws at the bottom.
